Bomb Charcuterie started as a simple gift.

After spending nearly 20 years working in dentistry, I left my career to be home with my three kids during the pandemic. In an effort to have some fun at home with my teenage daughter, I booked a virtual “Art of Cheese” charcuterie board class. We took the class right before the holidays in 2020 and I fell in love. I decided I would gift some small boxes to family and friends for Christmas. The rest is history!

Bomb Charcuterie is my first business so I really wanted the name of it to have meaning for me. I grew up in the 90’s where we described our affinity for anything and everything as being “Bomb”. It seemed very fitting for me to call this Bomb Charcuterie.

When I’m not playing with food you will find me spending time with my family and our black lab Sherman. I enjoy being with friends, traveling, exercising, hiking, doing DIY projects, and dreaming up my next business venture! I have also returned back to dentistry part-time since starting Bomb Charcuterie. The beauty of this business for me is the flexiblity that allows me to put family first and schedule work around them.
