Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase with receipt, and the item(s) must be in unworn/unused condition with tags attached if applicable. Returns will be issued in the form of store credit/ gift card.

Order online but picking up in store?  You have 14 days to pick up and return the items for a refund.  This offers you a few days to pick up the item.   We will hold your order for as long as possible but please note that after the 14 day grace period it’s not available for returns.

Ordered online? 
If you need to return a purchased item please email letting us know that you would like to return your item.  You have 10 days from the delivery date to return your items.  No exceptions.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of shipping for the return. Items purchased online can be returned in store, as long as it is within 7 days of purchase with receipt.

Food and Beverage items, jewelry, sale and clearance items are non-refundable.
